Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns must be dropped off at an approved drop-off location. Details will be provided upon contacting our support team.

If applicable, a restocking fee may apply.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before refunds appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@remedy-liquors.com within 15 days of purchase for further instructions.


Shipping & Returns

Returns should be made at a drop-off location provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping or restocking fees unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
